A History of High-Caliber IT Professionals!
Mark Bowles founded Network Computing Group (NCG) in 1994. He previously acted as the Manager of the CSC at Virginia Western Community College since 1980. In that position, Mark brought the first microcomputers into the Roanoke Valley, established the first LAN (Local Area Network), and consulted with many businesses in the Roanoke Valley as they considered moving to these new technologies. This experience bred a passion for helping others learn to use and leverage technology in their businesses.
NCG is a locally owned and operated computer support company located in the Roanoke Valley for 23 years. Our engineers are all local and are available to respond quickly to all locations.
NCG is proud of our long-standing relationship with many businesses in downtown Roanoke and beyond. NCG currently has three clients retaining services for over twenty-four years and seven clients retaining services for over eleven years.
Our IT professionals serve clients of all sizes. We measure the size of our clients using the number of managed workstations and servers. We serve start-ups with as few as ten workstations with the same diligence that we put into our clients that have two-hundred workstations in operation.
We NEVER outsource any of our client projects to part-time or independent contractors like some other computer support firms. We take great pride in our work and the personal service that only a full-time team can offer. We also require ALL our staff to complete on-going training to ensure we are up-to-date with the latest technologies and solutions.
